# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AiC Labs ("the App"), operated by Ai Consulting Services LLC. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AiC Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
## 2. Description of Service
AiC Labs is a portfolio and consulting website for Ai strategy, engineering, and product development services, provided by Ai Consulting Services LLC.
## 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AiC Labs. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
## 4. User Content
Any data you create within the App remains yours. Because all data is stored locally on your device, we have no access to or control over your content.
## 5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ai Consulting Services LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written consent.
## 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App - Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI CONSULTING SERVICES LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI CONSULTING SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (\$100).
## 9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
## 10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at info@aiclabs.dev. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall take place in California. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
## 11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
